Despite a seemingly minor refresh of the style, the revised Mini Countryman will be developed a lot further from July 2019. A new photo gallery offers the latest look at the updated design.

The engineers dress this Countryman in a mixture of camouflage patterns and panels that hide the final shape. At the front, the small crossover appears flatter overall. Unfortunately, the parts that cover the grille and headlights hide the actual shape of these components. A vehicle in previous spy recordings had adaptive matrix beam LED headlights.

The good news is that the refreshed Countryman 2020 should finally make its debut, which means that all of the camouflage would be gone for good. Just don't expect a major optical overhaul. Current information suggests that the updated crossover will be introduced in the second half of 2020, possibly at the Paris Motor Show in October. Look for the model that should be available in the United States for the 2021 model year.
